Using links:

The items on our site are separated into product categories. Links to these major categories are linked on the main menu on the left side of every page.

Searching the site: Searching for a specific item can be done by entering keywords or item numbers
in the search box on our search page.

Keyword Search: If you are looking for a specific type of product, enter a descriptive word and search. Entering more words will narrow the search. Use commas between multiple words, except phrases.

Item Number Search:

If you have a catalog or know the item number of what you want to order, choose this option and enter the item number.

Once you have found the items you want to order, you can add them to your cart by specifying the quantity you would like and click the "Add to Cart" button. This will hold those items in your shopping cart until you either complete the sale or remove them. You may view, edit and delete the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" link located at the bottom of every page.

Once you have edited your cart information and decided on what you would like to order,
click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the Cart page.

On the Checkout page you will be asked for information about billing, shipping and payment. Simply fill out the form and proceed to the next step in the order process by clicking the "Complete Purchase" button at the bottom of the Checkout screen. This will open the confirmation screen where you can view all the information you are sending us. You will still be able to make changes to your order at this point.

We cannot process orders without complete information on the Checkout screen.
If any required information is missing, you will be prompted to enter it.

The information in the Bill To and Ship To fields are for Display & Costume's records only. No names will be added to mailing lists without prior approval from the customer.

You only need to fill out the Ship To information if the order is being shipped to a different address than that listed in the Bill To section.

    UPS Ground:

    This is the method used for most of our orders. Packages can only be delivered by UPS if they are going to a physical address in the continental United States. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery times usually vary from 1-6 business days2,( not including processing time ) depending on where the order is going.

    USPS Priority Mail:

    United States Postal Service Priority Mail Delivery.

    1 Customer must accept shipping quote before shipment is sent out if cost is more than our base ship fees.

Sales Tax will be added to orders shipped to addresses in Washington State.

Resale Customers:

We offer quantity discounts on some of the products that we carry. The majority of these discounts are based on the purchase of full bolts of fabric or merchandise in full cases.

Display & Costume offers in house charge accounts to qualifying businesses, schools and organizations. If you have an account choose "Display & Costume Account" and enter your account number in the notes field.

Because of the nature of our merchandise, not all items are returnable.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged shipment please notify us within 48 hours so that we may correct the problem.

Before shipping a return to us, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Shipments without a Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside of the box will not be accepted and no credit given.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Returns are conditionally accepted up to 30 days after purchase date.
  • Returned items must be accompanied by their original receipt.
  • All items must be unopened in their original packaging.
  • Items may be subject to a 20% restock fee.
  • Refunds will be made in the same form of original payment.
  • Charge refunds will be credited to original account.
  • Check refunds may take up to 21 days.

  • Seasonal: includes but not limited to all holiday related categories and Fall, Patriotic, Graduation, Seahawks,Theme Party,Sale or Discontinued items.

Because of the nature of some of our merchandise, such as costumes, sizes differ between companies. So we endeavor to put any size information, if available, into the size description in the product detail page. In some cases however more detailed information is needed for products such as dance wear. Below you will find links to open images that contain size information for their perspective company.
